Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our hydro-colonic and cool sculpting spa. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Appointment Booking: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the completion of your treatment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may also be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.
Refunds and Exchanges: We strive to provide exceptional services, but refunds or exchanges for completed treatments are not available. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know during your appointment so that we may address your concerns.
Personal Belongings: We recommend that you leave valuable items at home or in a secure place during your visit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into our facility.
Health and Medical Conditions: It is essential to inform us of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities you may have before your treatment. This information will help us ensure your safety and provide appropriate care.
Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of our clients. Any personal or health information shared with us will be treated with the utmost discretion and will only be used for the purposes of providing our services.
Liability: While we take every precaution to provide a safe and comfortable environment, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your visit to our spa.
Consent: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.
