Dr. Adderley's entrepreneurial spirit led her to found the Early Access Training Center, providing CPR and first aid education, and introducing the Patient Care Technician program in The Bahamas and now introducing the first open hydro-colonics therapy.

Dr. Adderley's dedication extends beyond academia and entrepreneurship. She has actively served as a President of the Zonta Club, advocating for women's and girls' empowerment and raising awareness about domestic violence.
